Adam Losey

Adam represents companies and individuals in high-stakes litigation across the country. In addition to his litigation practice, he routinely counsels clients on a variety of information security, privacy, electronic discovery, technology contracting, social media, and Internet-related matters.


Virginia Bullerman Townes

Virginia has been a commercial litigator and appellate lawyer for over thirty years, specializing in complex business tort and contract litigation, including extensive experience in class action defense.  She also has a practice concentration in trust and estate litigation.  In addition, she has considerable experience advising financial institutions and money services businesses in regulatory and operational matters. 


Lynne M. White

Lynne has been privileged to represent clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters for more than thirty years.  She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate lawyer who works with diverse asset classes, including land, shopping centers, apartments, office, industrial, condominiums, hotels, churches and residential developments.  Her extensive experience includes complex commercial sales and acquisitions, due diligence, leasing, financing, development, entitlements, and more.


David A. Meek II

David’s practice focuses on the representation of clients across a variety of industries in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.  David has extensive experience representing serial entrepreneurs, banking institutions, financial service providers, commercial landlords, and Fortune 20 companies in state and federal courts throughout the country in contractual disputes, tort claims, commercial evictions, and commercial foreclosure actions.


Laura Cosgrove

Laura combines her experience as an insurance executive and business owner with her legal expertise to offer her clients an insightful perspective on their business transactions.  Her commercial law practice focuses on the legal, strategic, and practical matters of successful business operations.  Laura’s practice also focuses on art law in advising artists, art collectors and museums on the legal and business aspects of their creative endeavors.


Kirsten Bartholomew

Kirsten is a business lawyer, with a primary focus in commercial transactions, securities offerings, and corporate finance. Kirsten routinely assists clients with business contracts, venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, business structuring, joint ventures, as well as entity formation and re-organizations.

Karen Middlekauff
