Catherine also partners with clients to develop practical workplace compliance solutions that meet business needs.


Adam Losey

Adam represents clients from the Fortune 500 to founders in major litigations across the United States. In addition to his litigation practice, he routinely counsels clients in a variety of sophisticated transactional, corporate governance, and technology related matters.


Ralph Losey

Ralph has over forty years of experience representing companies and individuals in information technology issues, including contracts and business advice. Ralph also has substantial experience in civil litigation, including commercial, intellectual property, employment, and insurance litigation.


Alice Blackwell

After serving for thirty-two years as a highly-respected Florida circuit court judge, Alice joined the firm to serve as a counselor, private judge, and litigator for clients in connection with their business, commercial, and family matters. She brings a unique and valuable range of experience and knowledge to clients’ legal and practical issues due to her lifetime of service on the bench and to the community. 


Joseph E. ('Ed') Foster

With significant jury and non-jury trial experience, Ed Foster represents clients in both federal and state court litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Ed represents a wide range of clients, many of whom operate in the financial services, special assets, special servicing, hospitality, real estate, and automotive finance sectors. Ranked by Chambers USA for many years, which noted his work in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, he has been described as “seasoned, respected, and knowledgeable.”


Vincent A. Citro

Vince represents individuals, legal entities and executives in criminal investigations and prosecutions, and related administrative and civil matters. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, board-certified in criminal trial law by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Amie Kozan

Ms. Kozan has nearly thirty years of experience in appellate and litigation issues, with particular experience in First Amendment, media, and commercial litigation matters. She represents clients in state and federal appellate courts and regularly works as part of a litigation team focusing on addressing potential appellate issues associated with ongoing trial court matters.


Scott Richards

For nearly fifteen years, Scott’s practice has spanned multiple, substantive areas with a wide range of skills developed in litigation, transactional, and in-house roles. He offers thoughtful guidance and targeted strategies based on a genuine understanding of his clients’ needs, values, and priorities.


George Coe

George’s practice focuses on civil litigation and counseling, including commercial and shareholder disputes, antitrust, class action, product liability, and environmental litigation. He has brought and defended litigation in courts across the United States, and coordinated litigation in Europe and the Middle East with foreign counsel. George also provides counseling and advice regarding corporate formation, compliance, risk mitigation, and internal investigations.


Virginia Bullerman Townes

Virginia has served as a commercial litigator and appellate lawyer for over thirty years, specializing in complex business tort and contract litigation.  She has extensive experience in class action defense.  She also has a practice concentration in trust and estate litigation.  In addition, she has considerable experience advising financial institutions and money services businesses in regulatory and operational matters. 


Lynne M. White

Lynne has over thirty years’ experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters. She is a Florida Bar board-certified real estate lawyer who works with all asset classes, including land, shopping centers, apartments, office, industrial sites, condominiums, hotels, churches, and residential developments. Her experience includes work on complex commercial sales and acquisitions, due diligence, leasing, financing, development, entitlements, and more.


David A. Meek II

David’s practice focuses on the representation of clients across industries in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience representing serial entrepreneurs, banking institutions, financial service providers, commercial landlords, and Fortune 20 companies in state and federal courts throughout the United States in contractual disputes, tort claims, commercial evictions, and commercial foreclosure actions.

Daniel Noffsinger

Daniel (Dan) Noffsinger focuses his practice on counseling companies at all stages, from formation and ongoing compliance to asset purchase and sales and other exits. He also assists the litigation department with drafting and research.
