Lily Moses

Associate Attorney

Lily focuses on privacy matters, contract review, marketing & advertising, and employment law. She combines her broad legal experience, leadership in law school, and international background to offer clients thoughtful perspectives and comprehensive legal solutions.

Lily earned her JD from Cornell Law School, where she served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy, vice president of Law and Political Economy, and mentor for the Women’s Law Coalition. She contributed to the International Refugee Assistance Project as a member of the research team and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Public International Law.

Through the Hon. Roy W. King Diversity Clerkship Program, Lily gained valuable experience as a summer clerk with the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office and a boutique law firm in Rochester, New York. She also served as a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Reif of the U.S. Court of International Trade. Additionally, as a Cornell Law School Student Ambassador, Lily mentored prospective students and supported their transition to law school.

Before pursuing her legal career, Lily lived in China and South Korea, where she worked as an English teacher, developing strong cross-cultural skills. Her time abroad sparked a passion for global perspectives, which she continued to cultivate during law school by studying abroad at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. These international experiences have shaped her approach to law, enabling her to effectively navigate complex, multicultural environments and better serve her clients’ diverse needs.
