Brandon C. Abrams

Associate Attorney

Brandon represents clients in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes investigations where legal strategy and business operations are deeply intertwined. His practice is built on a technical foundation of antitrust experience, which he leverages to provide nuanced business counseling and pre-litigation guidance for clients involved in M&A, joint ventures, and other complex transactions. Because Brandon understands the competitive dynamics and regulatory scrutiny that drive modern markets, he is uniquely positioned to help clients identify and mitigate risk long before it reaches the courtroom. This dual-track experience – both as a litigator and a strategic advisor – is particularly valuable for companies operating in heavily regulated and high-volatility sectors, including Healthcare, Telecommunications, Technology, and Energy (Oil and Natural Gas). A disciplined advocate, Brandon ensures that every legal action is taken with the client’s broader commercial objectives in mind. He has significant experience managing the lifecycle of a dispute, from initial fact development and internal investigations through to adversarial proceedings. Brandon also has “first-chair” experience defending senior executives in investigational depositions and has led numerous fact and expert depositions in high-profile disputes.

Beyond his advocacy in the courtroom, Brandon is skilled at navigating the operational burdens of modern litigation. He has extensive expertise leading large-scale discovery and electronic evidence efforts, managing millions of documents and coordinating multi-disciplinary legal teams to meet demanding deadlines without sacrificing precision. Whether navigating high-stakes commercial litigation or providing the strategic counsel required to move a complex transaction forward, Brandon provides the steady, informed guidance necessary to resolve disputes and protect long-term corporate interests.
